On the occasion of the 3rd rendezvous with early photography, the Musée national des arts asiatiques (MNAAG) offers you the opportunity to discover a wonderful selection of rare photographic works and images of Burma.
Selected from the MNAAG’s Burmese collection which was acquired in 1989, as well as other recent acquisitions and donations, the works show amazing monuments dating back to the 19th century, in addition to scenes from everyday life, the country's aristocracy, and a few ethnic minorities.
In total, more than one hundred works were chosen to be put on display at the museum on this occasion. So, don’t hesitate to drop by the MNAAG and explore this special exhibit. The museum is also home to many amazing Asian collections.
The Musée national des arts asiatiques is located, in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, at a very short distance from the fascinating Jardins du Trocadéro and the Champs Elysées.
