Scallops « à la Plancha » , spinach salad and citrus « vinaigrette »

2nd Starter

Home-made duck Foie Gras served with fig jam, currants and toasted bread

Tender Fillet of Beef Rossini (foie gras), served with truffles and gratin of potatoes


Roasted « Royal » Dorado (fish) served with « risotto” in truffles

                               dessert in your choice

« Caprice du soir » : half-done chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream and egg-custard cream  in pistachio
