Festival Classique au Vert Paris

Summer in Paris means plenty of chances to enjoy life “en plain air”, and there is no better example than the Festival Classique au Vert series of concerts. These concerts run from August 11th until September 2 and make great use of the pavilion areas within the gardens. The different concerts blend a fusion of American classics, jazz standards and more familiar classical greats.
There is much more this event than just the music. Visitors get to experiences these concerts in Parc Floral, one of the most stunning outdoor settings that Paris has to offer. This means that couples can spread out a blanket on the grass and listen to the live music on a romantic date. Kids can enjoy an introduction to classical music as they play in a familiar environment, rather than a stuffy concert hall.
This is classical music for the masses and, with 4 weekends worth of events, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved. The 4 pm start time is also perfect for families, so there is no excuse not to get involved.
