Fuel your Passion at Salon Retromobile 2020 at Porte de Versailles

If you are a self-confessed “petrol-head” with a love of Classic Cars, you need to consider a trip to Paris at the start of February. This is when car enthusiasts and collectors from across the world descend on the capital to admire some of the best artistic creations on four wheels.

This celebration aims to bring some of the more rare and interesting classic cars to a wider audience. There will be models here that you won’t have seen before beyond the pages of magazines. There will be more than 1000 of them in total so there really is something here for everyone. There are also areas dedicated to specific clubs and manufacturers so you can meet people with similar niche interests. There are also car dealers, automobilia dealers and art galleries so even if you can’t drive off with an old classic, you might still come away with something nice. Try your luck at the auction house, chat with specialist restorers and maybe find that elusive spare part that you are missing for your own collection at home.

With so much to see, the organisers needed somewhere with a lot of space. That is why they come to the Parc Des Expositions at Paris Porte de Versailles. There are three pavilions totalling 72,000 square metres of exhibition space – so plenty to explore across the week. This is actually the 45th year of the Salon Retromobile so you can be sure that the organisers will put on an impressive event for fans. They expect around 120,000 people to arrive across the 5-day event so you will be in good company. Take advantage of all that this show has to offer between the 5th and 9th of February.
