Paris has long been a destination for food lovers because of the quality of its restaurants and patisseries. Normally, those that love chocolate and the sweeter things in life need to travel across the city to find the very best chefs and establishments. Le Salon de la Pâtisserie changes all of that. Here you can find a vast range of artisan pastry chefs and other talented vendors all under one roof.
It is a great opportunity for foodies to come together and see what the city has to offer. There are days for the professionals but also the younger rising stars fresh out of culinary school. There are also lots of masterclasses, demonstrations and other events.
This is only the 2nd year that this show has come to Paris. But, that doesn’t mean that the Porte de Versailles isn’t ready to welcome all the chefs and visitors. Head on over between June 14th and 17th for a great experience.
