Nuit aux Invalides : Lutetia, 3000 Years of Stories

Illuminations and art installations are always a popular event in Paris. When organisers and artists pick the right venue and subject then they can create masterpieces that live on in the memory for many years. The Nuit aux Invalides 2019 is set to be one of the most interesting yet.

This year, visitors can enjoy a 360-degree show that will be projected on 5000 square metres of stone on the courtyard of the Invalides. An additional event is the candlelit night tour of the Eglise du Dome - a chance to literally see this structure in a new light.

This is a chance for Paris’ history to come alive like you’ve never seen before. The show takes visitors through 3000 years of Parisian history and showcases incredible 4K visuals that include many famous scenes and figures. The event runs from July 12th until August 30th, so there is still plenty of time to immerse yourself in some history.
