Every year, the top specialists in show jumping compete in Paris in a series of competitions placed under the auspices of the luxurious Parisian leather goods brand, Hermès. This year, the competition, which will take place from March 15 to 17, will have a particular significance as it unfolds just a few months before the Olympic Games. A highlight to discover during your stay at the Hotel de la Motte-Picquet.
In the Heart of Paris
One of the specificities of Saut Hermès is to take place truly in the heart of Paris, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower. Usually organized under the glass roof of the Grand Palais, it is currently hosted at the Grand Palais Éphémère, this beautiful temporary structure of wood and metal, created for the duration of the renovations. Thus, within less than ten minutes on foot from the Hotel de la Motte-Picquet, you can attend this event, both elegant and sportingly committed.
A Packed Program
Each day of the competition is marked by several contests, some of which are reserved for riders under 25. The Saut concludes on Sunday with two exceptional prizes: the Prix de la Ville de Paris and the main event, the Grand Prix Hermès, both classified CSI5*. Numerous animations are also planned, such as a beautiful equestrian show and dazzling demonstrations of horse mastery. Exciting for specialists and connoisseurs of the discipline, Saut Hermès also proves to be a unique showcase to introduce the discipline of show jumping to a broader audience.
