In the south of Paris, less than 20 minutes by Metro from the Hotel de la Motte-Picquet, is the Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, a state-of-the-art exhibition centre that hosts the most prestigious events in the capital. Essential trade shows
Among the events not to be missed is undoubtedly the Paris Motor Show. One of the most important international trade shows in the world of automobiles, this event boasts some impressive figures: 124 years of existence, more than a million visitors for each edition, 10,000 specialised journalists from more than 100 countries... From October 17th to 23rd you will have an opportunity to discover the concept cars of the future, dive into the past and try out unique models. Another famous fair will take place from October 21st to 30th: the Foire d'Automne. Come and glean some inspiration from the latest innovations for the home, as well as in gastronomy, travel, beauty and more.
For all ages
The youngest also have their own trade show. From October 27th to 30th, Kidexpo invites children and their parents to learn and have fun. Adventure is around the corner at every stand. At around the same time, from October 28th to November 1st, don't miss the irresistible gourmet experience that is the Salon du Chocolat. Taste, admire, participate in workshops and enjoy! Finally, for gaming addicts, Paris Games Week, from November 2nd to 6th, brings you up to speed with the world of video games.
